[Resolved] Quikr — Refund denied | |
Hi, I have placed Ads for selling my Wardrobe in Quikr. They wanted me to make my Advertisement into a Premium one so that I can easily get someone to buy my items. I paid Rs.499 towards that. The status did not change and so I thought the pay did not debit from my Credit card. So I paid one more time. Finally both the transactions were successful and I ended up paying 2 times to make that Ad premium. I have got both the invoices. I am asking for a refund from them for the past 7 days. They are just responding with a standard template message that someone will resolve my issue within 24 hours. I ma getting this message for the pat 7 days but not my refund. They have also provided numbers of people who just visited my Ad. I took pains to call all of them but none of them were interested in buying my furniture. Quikr has cheated me. So please ask them to refund both my amounts of Rs.499 (Rs.998). Was this information helpful? | |
