Dear sir/madam, I purchased a mobile phone from quikr x online app on 19 september 2016. Since the seller rocket kommerse did not had the product, quikr cancelled my order id 10174785 on 23 september 2016. Quikr customer care told me that the refund will be done in 7-8 days. But today is 8 oct 2016 and still i have not received my refund. Please help me in getting my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
