[Resolved]  Quikr — refund has not been initiated

I got a message from athomediva asking to click on a link as their service is closeD, they would like to Refund my wallet amount. I had given my bank account number in December itself however, haven't received a refund yet.There is no number to reach out or email.They are cheating many customers like me..Would requests to take strong actions against them at the earliest

Hello,

I was using athome diva for quite some time,
suddenly all services were shut and they mentioned that they will refund the wallet amount,

however, after several follow ups with them, there is no update on amount refund.
