[Resolved] Quikr — Refund is not initiated even after requesting multiple times in last 12 days | |||||
I have puchased item from quikr doorstep (ad id :[protected]. it was damaged in transportation and i rejected the delivery and asked to refund my money. it has been 12 days iam following with customer care, few of your managers aswell and my money is not refunded yet and no response from any of the quikr team. Also logistics guys when the itrm was picked from seller, they didnt update status in tracking. after me rejecting delivery they didnt return the item to seller. because of the logistics and transportation guys my money is blocked for more than 12 days now. i am really frustrated and now ready to complain to any legal authorities. Till now quikr guys asked 5-7 days time first and then 2 days and i gave 4 days and again they asked 2 more days. and now there is no update yet. Whose money who is blocking and for what reason? i paid using credit card and now quikr has to bear the interest for that amount and the telephone call charges that i made to quikr till now.
