Quikr — Refund my money Rs 3000

Dear sir/madam
As per our telephonic conversation on 20.01.2022 with sales executive Ms Fouziya ji was advised me for non shared based lead plan and then i was pay Rs. 3000 for 30 days but on dated 21.01.2022 a confirmation call received by me from Quikr company and told me other plan which is different from Ms. Fouziya proposal and commitment. Then email to Ms. Fouzia ji and quikr regarding i am not agree with you, so please refund my money Rs. 3000. But till now they have not refun my money. Please help me.
