[Resolved]  Quikr — Refund not initiated yet

I paid 15110 on 26sep 2016 for iphone 5s to quikr doorstep for Ad id:[protected] but due to customer denied to give product because he needs cash, my order was cancelled on 27sep 2016 but i do not get even a message or mail regarding my refund.
Customer care said that you will get text and mail in 24hrs. But it exceeds 24hrs now my refund is not initiated yet.
