[Resolved] Quikr — Refund not received | |||||
Ad id[protected]i am the buyer who placed the order on 29th march and my delivery was scheduled on 30th march.however after harassing me for about a week and half saying that the delivery will be done the escalation committee members namely mr.vikranth, mr.prasanth and ms.anupama told me that the product is lost in the storage and they'd provide me with the refund amount including calls compensation by 15th of april but i didn't receive any amount yet.now when I call to the customer care the call doesn't get connected and ms.anupama has blocked my number itself.please help in this regard. p.s:the delivery status is shown as delivered which is wrongly updated by the team and is yet to be changed.
