[Resolved] Quikr — Refund not recieved | |||||
Dear quikr, Its very sadly to say your service is worse service ever, I book a parcel for door step delivery ad id:[protected] on 9 april 2016 which was not delivered to me but i rxd a msg that parcel has been delivered, At 17 april i call to customer care of quikr they its by mistake and they will delver and change the mistake by mailing to you. no response after 8-10 calls to customer care, finally on 24 april i call to customer care they mentined payment has been release to seller and parcel has been delver to you. where i have nothing niether parcel nor payment. Finally i decide to cancel that parcel and ask for refund on 26 april after having confirmation from warehouse that its there mistake and they will intimate to finance team next day i again call to finance team they we will refund in two days and still today i m calling them @[protected]/ [protected] daily two times and they give same lame excuses every day. Its a request that kindly refund my amount as soon as possible or else i have to register a consumer court complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
