[Resolved]  Quikr — refund of 15500 from my quikr account to my bank account

My account number is [protected]. I bought a product on 16th feb 2019 using buy now option but after 4 days as the customer did not reply, order was cancelled and with in 3days money was refunded into quikr account but from quikr account i asked for refund to my bank account but till now 7th of march i did not get my money back. It was my mistake i booked using buy now and i trusted quikr. But it was hell. As everytime i make a call i have to wait 5 mins on hold to speak with valuable customer care person again they will tell i have to wait for bleady 5 to 7 working days. Please i beg u please take necessary action on this. It is been 25 days i dint get my money.. Quikr is a online fraud business. Please don't ever go with bleady buynow option. It is too much fraud.
