[Resolved] Quikr — refund of 15500 to [protected]

My account Number is [protected]. I bought a product on 16th feb 2019 using buy now option but after 4 days as the customer did not reply, order was cancelled and with in 3days money was refunded into quikr account but from quikr account I asked for refund to my account but till now 7th of March i did not get my money back. Please send my money back. It was my mistake i booked using buy now and I trusted quikr. But it was hell. As everytime i make a call i have to wait 5 mins on hold to speak with your valuable customer care person again they will tell i have to wait for bleady 5 to 7 working days .
