[Resolved]  Quikr — refund payment not received

Hi

I have ordered moto x play mobile from quikr mobiles, i had paid for the prepaid order. After 6 days also i have not recieved product, i had contacted the customer care they informed that they cancelled the item from their end due to faulty products. So i realized for that they said refund will be processed. After 10 days of cancellation also not received my amount. Again i contacted the customer care they still asked a week for refund. They are only bluffing the customers.

Any one in concerned team please do needful
