[Resolved]  Quikr — refund wanted

I bought a phone through debit card using the doorstep delivery option. However, when i called up the dealer he said he had already sold his phone and suggested i get a refund through customer care, however there is not even a refund or cancel option for quikr. I am really disappointed with this low level service and i want a refund as soon as possible or i shall be compelled to take this matter to court.

Two week back we had sold the wooden table as costumer opted the self pick up request.

I had made alot of follow up for payment but till date payment not received on my account.

i really fed up from your services.

urgently transfer to payment on my account on priority basis
