Quikr — regarding money back from wallet.

Hi,
I have ₹3500 in my athome diva wallet.
They had closed the service without prior notification and not have yet refunded the amount.
I had mailed them several times but no response from them.
Now their app is also not working.
It's disgusting, they cheated to everyone.
I saw lot of peoples didn't get refund, they are facing same issue.
Please help on the same.

Why It is marked as resolved, I still didn't get any refund after providing all the details multiple times.
