[Resolved] Quikr — regarding queen size bed | |||||
Hello, The complaint was regarding queen size bed (Product (Ad id[protected] that is purchased from https://www.quikr.com/bazaar. quikr bazaar is their own site where quikr purchase products from customers and store at their warehouses and again sell it to the customers those who want. I had purchased a queen size bed on dated 24/07/2018 (The order was placed on this date). It was confirmed that after placing an order quikr delivers the product with 2-3 days. I inquired to quikr regarding the delivery that i have not received the product because it was being delayed. I got a response from quikr that some parts are missing of the bed which you ordered thats why it is being delayed from our side. Again after a week a called up quikr and asked i havent received my product yet, they again said we are arranging the products. Later on dated 3/08/2018 i received the product. The bed was in dismantled condition and it had several parts. Its obvious that no one can identify whether the product is complete or incomplete due many pieces, lots of screws, locks etc. However, that time i asked delivery person to assemble the bed that i should know whether all parts are there or not. He said we don't assemble the bed and also said don't worry all parts are there. Later i called a carpenter to install the bed. When he inspected he said that many parts are missing such as original screws, locks n all (These screws, locks are specially designed in china as this is a chinese bed). Carpenter also told me that they have sent some 'l' clips instead of original parts which is not a part of this bed. Just to fix it up (Some kind of jugaad) they have sent it. Later i told everything to quikr about all this that you have cheated us by sending incomplete products. Now they are denying and they are not accepting their faults after sending several mails to them. I request you to please a give me a justice on this. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
