Quikr — remittance amount not yet credited to bank account

I have received payment for my sold product on 4th jan and initiated transfer to my bank account.
It was expected to reflect in 4-7 days but its been a week now and amount has not been credited.
I have been trying to reach quikr doorstep through phone and email but no response from support team for last 3 days.

Please resolve issue by transferring money to my account.
Your customer support team never calls, and even when they do the call quality is so bad that it’s not possible to understand or they hung up or put on hold and never come back.
So please escalate this and give back my money.
