[Resolved] Quikr — rental services | |||
Quikr signed an agreement with me to take my flat over for rental purposes (Using their property department - quikr homes), in aug, 2017.in nov, 2018 they decided to return my flat back to me. However, as per the contract they were supposed pay for the electricity bills. Now, when i got the possession of my flat i learnt that they haven't paid the electricity bills for my flat which amounts to rupees two lakhs over the course of the past few months. They have not returned all my keys and simply left my flat in shambles. None of my messages are being answered and there has been no response from the ceo to whom i wrote an email as well. I genuinely believe they are defrauding consumers and need to be taken to task by the government authorities otherwise other consumers will also be harmed in the same way that i have been harmed. I have attached screen shots of bills and payment history from the electricity company for your reference and the rental agreement i had with the company. Was this information helpful? | |||
