[Resolved]  Quikr — rs.5365 send to quikr but reported as fails but amount deducted from my sbi bank

I did net banking transaction for rs.5365 to quikr on 7th march, 2020, transaction ref. Was [protected] igaiglqgs9, but it was reported as failed by quikr, quikr payment id. [protected] but the amount was deducted from sbi bank account. The amount has not been reversed to my bank yet. Please help. It is already a week past since the transaction was made. My complaint to quikr has not yielded any result so far.
I request you to please help reverse the amount as early as possible. Thanks,
