I have paid rs 4500 on 14 Dec for my car's ownership transfer . during payment they promised me to collect all the documents by coming to my home with in 24 hours . but after 7 working days even they did not picked their phone. . I call to their customer care and asked for refund. They promised me to refund with in 7 days. . But after long 28 days I haven't seen any progress ..
