[Resolved] Quikr — rto service - no response | |||
I have subscribed for rto service from quikr and paid the upfront amount of inr 2900 on 20th march 2018. As per the agreement "post basic details confirmation, the Documents pickup will be scheduled within 48 to 72 hours.." it is more than 30 months and no action has been done I have written 10 follow up emails till date and even gave them calls but there has been no positive response, and i was provided an excuse like the there is restructure in rto till august 15, after that i have written 2 mails but no response I have even requested them to provide the complete refund if they are not able to provide the service as requested in the last 2 mails Was this information helpful? | |||
