[Resolved] Quikr — rto service refund not received after 40 days

Quikr cold called me to check if I required any RTO related help incidently my father had passed away and I had to get his car RC transferred. I paid the money to quikr. After paying the money they told me that they will not be able to handle such a case. I aaked for a refurn which till date they have not given. Dozens of mails have been exchanged but not response.

Updated by Sandeepbedi Same situation 19 days later. Lot of talk from quikr but no action. Your manager pramod is sending me same mail on my 'dismay' but cant simply process a refund.
