[Resolved] Quikr — rto services - duplicate rc issuance | |||||
In the month of dec 2017, i made a payment of rs. 2200 to quikr as instructed by one mr. Ilyas pasha (Sales executive) who has assured me that the service will be provided within a week or so. After the payment i had to contact them about 10 times to understand the status and finally in mar 2018, i got the number of some agent who kept taking me for a ride by giving excuses like rto is undergoing audit, officer is not there, saturday cannot be scheduled and endless other bogus/senseless reasons to not schedule my work. He scheduled my rto visit twice and never turned uo himself at the rto. I travelled 15 kms n was left waiting for him, once. 2nd time he assumed i will not come and just left without even telling me.. Even though i reached rto much before the scheduled time. Finally he stopped receiving my calls or answering my texts. One fine day he tells me that he is not working for my rto anymore and another person is handling the same. This new person also doesn't answer calls, doesn't call back or replies to any text. We are in sep 2018 and i am yet ti receive the service or refund. So quikrs basically is so efficient that they cannot get a duplicate rc done in 10 months, this is certainly a great achievement and shows how much they care. Another executive, mr nawaz has been a bit helpful and has asked for my account details for refund. Which i have provided within a day, after which he has also gone silent. This is the most unprofessional behaviour i have seen from any company off late. I have all mail trails and proofs of communication with them (15+ mails) wherein i have got only 1 mail revert from mr. Nawaz. Mr. Ilayas pasha has finished his sales call and got thr money, hence he is not bothered anymore whether the customer has received the service or not. Horrible experience and i was my refund.
