[Resolved]  Quikr — rto services paid for but no work done

I hired quikr to get a basic job of hypothication removal for my car and it is more than 3 months they have not been able to get it done. Every week i follow they tell me that next week it will be done. I submitted the documents in sep and now it is december still no final action. Now they are sending generic emails about the delay which is not acceptable.

Sample email below which i am getting, if a customer is following up so much they should actually have the courtesy to respond with what is the actual issue instead of sending a template email.

Dear sir,

We wanted to inform you that it is rather unfortunate that there is an issue in meeting the commitment dates that is either suggested by you or issued by the rto authorities. However, we will get in touch with you shortly to finalize a date convenient for both parties to ensure this activity is completed smoothly. Requesting you to be patient with us while we work on closing this accordingly.
