Hi,

I approached quikr for rto services to renew my rc, duplicate dl & fc of my two wheeler. An employee by name puviyarasan called me immediately & explained the services & charges. For all the above three services, fee was rs 8200 in total in the month of august 2019. No progress so far. When i sent an email for an update, he once called me & gave his personal#.. Asked him to call him for updates. After a month, i mailed, no reply.. Then called the # he had given, he picked the call & said he would call back. No call received. A mail popped up from some ramitha stating they need more time. Again waited for another month, as usual no update. No response to my call to that guy's #.. I searched for quikr customer care # which does not connect at all. I lost my money with no work done. Request help to get a refund of this amount from quikr.
