[Resolved] Quikr — rto services-transfer of ownership | |||||
I availed the services of quikr to transfer the ownership of the pre owned car. Initially, the customer care executive was very prompt till i paid the money. As soon as the money was paid and documents were submitted nobody cared to respond about the status. It has been almost 1.5 months and their customer care number is defunct. I even tried reaching the rto officials and they are not responding without the receipt. The car is without the valid rc now. I can't even take it out as i don't even have the valid rc.
