Hi,
One of your sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]) call me on 18/5/2017 and he send me a quotation for 3 months pin to top add on Kolkata / Mumbai / Pune of Rs. 21735, for that I pay Rs. 2000 (Transaction ID: May3016Q, Date: 18 May 2017)of a token amount for booking those slot as sales representatives concern.after that, i make change my destination that i want to include DELHI on that package so that sales representatives provide me a quotation for 3 months pin to top add on Kolkata / Mumbai / Pune / Delhi of Rs. 24000 on 25/5/2017, so I paid 22000 (Rs. 2000 already paid previously on 18 may 2017) in 2 part, First part amount of Rs. 20000 (Transaction ID: May4335Q, Date: 25 May 2017) and second part amount if Rs. 2000 (Transaction ID: May4360Q, Date: 25 May 2017) on 25 May 2017. For this, I received a bill (Sr. No. LF/189358/[protected] form quicker on 26 May 2017 morning from this email id [protected]@emails.quikr.com.
After that, I get a call on 27 May 2017 from quikr add posting department (As she intrudes herself), and she commits me to my ads are on within end of the day. But and of the day my ads are not showing, so I call sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]), he told me that quikr face some technical problem for posting add. So he takes some days to resolve that problem. Then I realise on 31 may 2017 already 3 pinned to add running in Mumbai city, so there is no space of my add. After that, I inform sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]) and request to refund my full amount.
My question are:
Why quikr take full amount without consumed my pin to tap place?
Why sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]) misguide me and take amount from me?
Why sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]) continue mental harassing me over phone?
Is that way quicker give instruction to sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]) manage their work and customers?
I want a clarification to form quikr management, Why I don't file a case of mental harassment, wastage of money and time, False commitment, against quikr?
Do quikr take any action against this sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]) ?
I need full in detail clarification from quikr management regarding this matter.
