I've ordered a watch on quikr and they said it'll be delivered to me within 4 days but it has already been 6 days and i've never got a pickup schedule and delivery schedule, when i called the quikr number they said "we'll get back to you in 2 working hours for the past two days and nothing has been done with the delivery. So please help me to get my order as soon as possible

Updated by Sheldin No they haven't resolved my complaint they just called for name sake and they have done nothing with my complaint they haven't scheduled anything with the pickup and I'm worried that I've paid 13000 and I don't know what else to do please help me with this regard or atleast get me a refund

I purchased a chair on 22nd Dec, 2019. But it is not shipped still. I made a no. of call on customer care Centre. But my problem is resolved. 15 days passed after placed order But no action have taken by the team. Either ship or cancel my order till 10th january. I have not received any refund of my wallet amount. I have filled out the form link sent to me. But there is no update since last 2 weeks. Sent an mail also but no response. Really disappointing that quickr is cheating customers with their hard earned money.
