[Resolved] Quikr — Seller delivery charges | |||||
I am a seller..from Pune and haven't received any message for delivery charge ..nothing is updated on app and website..you guys are looting your customers..I have sold my almirah ..and you charged rs600 for transporting it to buyer. When I called customer care they are saying sorry that ..as the app n Websites is not updated..so how can you charge your customer..when nothing is mentioned in T&c...but customerservice says we cannot refund your money.
