[Resolved] Quikr — seller sent me broken moto x play 16 gb phone | |||
Dear sir, I purchased a moto x play 16 gb (Add id :[protected] from quikr. I received this mobile and after opening the box i just shocked. Seller sent me a broken and dead mobile. Probably he collect this mobile from road side vat and sell through quikr. I don't know there is any purchase protection in quikr. I purchased 12 mobiles from quikr, but no seller sent me this type of mobile. When it picked up your pick up person do not contact with me. I try to contact seller several times, but seller won't response my phone. I sent him 30 sms, but seller still sleep. I email him, but no answer receive till date. I whatsapp with picture sent his mobile no. [protected]. But no answer. He is a complete dishonest imposter. I attach picture of this phone. Pls. Take necessary action and give me justice.
