[Resolved] Quikr — service not served properly | |
Hi, I paid 2900 on 14sept as i want to expedite the process as they said for my two wheeler insurance and ownership transfer. But due to some irresponsible person in quikr office (Sharath) he gave me less information due to which i have to cancel plan for taking ownership transfer and asked them to do insurance only. They have asked me the insurance amount will be 1450 and ownership transfer will be 1500 so i have paid 2900. Now without informing me they have done insurance of 2070 and 300 rs service charge and asking me to send the bank account details so that they can transfer my balance amount 500 rs. Thought of taking one more insurance from my balance amount but they have unnecessarily charged 300 and without informating did insurance of 2070 as i have paid earlier is this how u loot money once customer pay the money in advance.
