Quikr — sigma ex macro lens

Hi i have sold one sigma ex macro lens via quikr, ad id[protected], after rescheduling time and again from 22nd dec 2019 they at last picked it up on 31st dec 2019, the delivery promise was on 7th jan 2020. But frustratingly nothing happened till now, customer care is never reachable and you never get a call back, such an unprofessional platform, in facebook messenger they responded a few times saying "sorry for the inconvenience and concerned team will get back" and that is all. The buyer has paid the amount and lens was also being picked up, now no trace. I am really anxious if they have misplaced the item, kindly help.
