Quikr — since 8 days fridge not deliver yet

I have bought fridge from quicker assured on 5th march 2020 against the ad[protected] and made online payment transaction id is [protected]. Every delivery got reschedule and now i am not able to track my item. Called customer care they did false promise and said delivery will be done tomorrow. I am still waiting my delivery. Please let me know how to get refund my amount back.

Updated by skaran82 It is now 11th Day, you have not delivered the Fridge. Even after speaking with customer care, they were not providing any proper update. This is really a pathetic service provide by Quker. I want know when will you deliver the Fridge ? Till tomorrow I will be wait otherwise I will have to register complain in NCH (consumer court).
