I am kumar from pune. I sold my sofa / setti 1 no. Through quickr door step (Ad[protected]. The item was picked from my residence on 31.05.2017. It has reached buyer on same day and buyer has expressed satisfaction and cleared & remitted the price to quickr.

Quickr took the delivery with an assurance that amount will be remitted within 24 hrs. (I. E. 1st june 2017). But till date, even after 6 days, i have not received the payment. Why? What is the reason for this delay?

Updated by kumar.ma Till today (10.06.2017) i..e. after 11 days the amount has not been transferred. Even after raising a complaint on 6th, all concerned are silent. This is unbearable!

I have received message from the buyer that the Item has reached, it is accepted & satisfactory. Then why this undue delay ?

Request you to resolve the matter by today as it is very urgent. So, send the Contact details of concerned Quickr person.
