I have purchase iphone x, very duplicate and not iphone x at all from the ads of quikr. When i ask for replacement/refund they told me they would do it but instead they always make excuses. I've sent images of the ads and the invoice of the delivered product. Since they have posted phone number, we chat through whatapp and phone calls. They/She asked me to fill up my details like i've uploaded the screenshot saying it was Cod. But we have to pay the cash before Courier handed us the product.

As we chat person to person, they/she didn't provide Order ID.
