[Resolved]  Quikr — ticket no:[protected].worst customer service

Very bad customer support.i bought a certified product and showed them that the product is faulty by every means and they told that they understood the case.now theya sare saying that the product has no fault and send me a video regarding that.it doesnt show that they have resolved the issue but only shows the product which is just turned on.
i have send an email to the support team.they have not at solving my issue and lagging the process as much as they can and now sayinh that the product is fine.i attaching the video they send that has no purpose to do with here .also the mail they send and my reply

these are the mails...please do the steps as i tell...and post a video here or send me a video through mail.please ask your qulity team to do that.please dont try to cheat people.its a request and please reply fast.please dont say excuses .i dnt want your faulty product and please refund my money.

what a stupid video you have send me.i told the condition when the phone gets switched off and you just typed the imei number, opened some apps, camera, pressed some Buttons...what are you trying to prove...id didnt ask you to fix the cosmetic issue and all.i submitted a complaint you didnt even use the phone as i said...why are trying to cheat people..all these days i kept my patience and now you act like you are not liable to your certified product...what kind of customer service is this. please refund my money...i dnt want your product at all.🙏

You people were so punctual when taking the money . Now what happened? i returned the product on august 29, 2019 and today it is september 19 almost one month i waited what kind of customer service is this . Will you people accept this kind of delay . And after all these things now you saying that the phone has no problems!!! We have sent a video of the phone switching off automatically and u people have seen the video already. Why are you trying to cheat people. I am repeating this again, i dont want ur product back and i want my money as soon as possible.
