[Resolved]  Quikr — transaction id:[protected] delivery delay and no response from customer care when contacted

Hi,
I purchased a diwan on 16-Nov-19, with pre-payment transaction.
Since then there is no update. I received an message stating you will be contacted within 24 hour, but there is no update.

I tried to contact customer care, there also I didn't receive any response.
this is my worst experience with quikr.

I just want to know what happened with my money and item which I bought.

Since 17-Nov I was trying to reach quikr customer care, I only receive msg saying "within 2 hours our executive will contact you". But they never call.
