Quikr — Two wheeler RC transfer pending

I purchased two wheeler from Quikr authorized show room located at Thane, Mumbai in the year 2019 and from the date RC was not transferred in my name and came to know that the show room was closed due to some internal fraud.. Now I am in dark I don't know to whom to contact in this matter... Dear sir's I request your good selves that kindly pls interven in this matter and do justice for me
