[Resolved] Quikr — unable to cancel order. want full refund. | |||||
I bought furniture on quikr on dec 9, 2019 and prepaid rs 4899. On pick up, product was seriously damaged so i asked the pick up person to cancel order. He assured it will be done and i will get full refund. I also sent chat message to cancel order for ad id[protected]. No news or information from them and no contact number on their website. I have received a chat notice from seller acknowledging the damaged product and that quikr will give full refund. Strangely, their website now says "pick up to be scheduled"??? I even got an automated text message stating "pick up being rescheduled. Its really a terrible company and this is our first time using it. We have tried to follow their process and posted messages on their"contact" page but still no response. I want my full refund immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||||
