[Resolved]  Quikr — Unauthorized collection of item which was put for selling and not returned even after continuous follow up

I had put a cabinet for selling on March 28th and accepted an offer on april3rd. The item was collected from my place on April 4th.
As per quikr rules, it was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days at the maximum.
Now after 18 days, on continuous follow up, quikr gets back saying that the buyer has rejected the item but quikr has not returned the cabinet to my place yet.
