[Resolved]  Quikr — unethical behavior of athomediva stylists

I booked an appointment with at home diva on 10th June, 2019 for rica waxing full arms, full legs, rica brazilian waxing, charcoal facial and threading.
The stylist, Judith Roy, came and proceeded with my waxing.
And then she went out to attend a call and came back and asked me to talk to at home diva.
They informed me that she won't provide you services of threading as she has "comfort issues". I was quite surprised and when asked what comfort issues she has, no one gave me an answer. On this, she asked me very rudely if i want to get the facial done or not and I am wasting her time, and then she refused to give that service also.

I had services above 1500 inr for which i got a discount which got cancelled because the stylist denied the service.

First of all, the stylist does not have the authority to refuse the services to the customer. Secondly, she insulted me and was rude and unethical in my own house.
Thirdly, when i called the customer care, Ms Shweta Nair, apparently the supervisor, was brutally rude and did not answer any of my queries.
She kept taking her stylist's side and did not give me any solution.
On asking for a compensation, she rudely ignored my request.

This is by far the worst customer care i have seen where people are unapologetic for their behavior and they think they can insult the customers right on their face and walk down without any issue.
I will recommend everyone around me not to use this scam app.
Because they will rip apart your respect, scam your money through wallets, and not give you a single apology on their behavior.
