[Resolved] Quikr — unprofessional behavior and least customer support | |||
Hii quicker I have made a payment of 2000 rs for an ad pack on 13th june 2018 the ad pack has got activated after 24 days on 6th july. But even after activation of ad pack quikr is not sending any leads. its been 30 days since making payment. I even have the sales executive's number i called him but he dose not pick up my phone his name is Arun Singh. At the time of selling packages he used to call me 10 times a day but at the time of providing services he even don't care a bit. And no one at quikr is really bothered about the problem you are facing. If you can't provide the service which you are promising kindly refund the full amount ASAP.
