[Resolved]  Quikr — used mobiles

I ordered moto g3 white. But they returned moto g3 black mobile.in the picture they have shown the white color mobile and so i ordered the mobile. But they returned black color mobile. Please resolve this issue. I need money or get back black colour mobile with replacement of moto g3 white color mobile. I don't know how to return the product. I try calling to the quikr customer care and raised a complaint in quikr. But they did not respond to that. So please help me to get back moto g3 white mobile or money. Please take the action as much as faster and send me a response.
