Quikr — vehicle paper has not been transferred

I have bought the second hand avenger bike on 14th january 2019 from quickr bikes, laxmi chowk, hinjewadi, pune. The incharge of that centre was Amol. He has mentioned that paper will be transfered within 45 days but later he told that it is delayed due to election. After 3 months, he shifted his shop from that place. I have called him to ask what happen with my papers. He told that he will forward me but now he is not even picki g uo my phone. I don't where he had absconded. Atleast I need owners id proof so that i will transfer the paper myself from RTO. I am ready to bear the expenses but please provide. Please don't cheat your customers. I have already paid paper transfer charges to him. Vehicle number is MH14BZ4069(Avenger 200 DTSi)
