I had ordered a washing machine from quickr doorstep. It arrived on 9th july 2019 and was not working properly, i called up the customer care and they sent a technician. He checked and said it is beyond repair, so on 11th we again called up the customer care and on 12th july 2019, the washing machine was returned but the pickup man didn't give us any receipt his mobile number : [protected], he said you can contact mr gagan for further process, i immediately called him up and ensured that the refund process initiates fast. Since that day i. E from 12th july no intimation or call for any of the process was done by any one, i tried to check with every possible means about the status of the refund, but either their phone either was out of coverage, busy, or if rang they didn't answered. I was in contact with the quickr executive who had made the deal for washing machine, he too didn't help positively, just passed on time.
It has been 7 days no call for any details was done by quickr doorstep. I request you to initiate the process of refund, otherwise i would have to knock the doors of consumer forum.
