[Resolved] Quikr — worst doorstep service in india | |||||
My transaction id 6406434. I bought a refrigerator through quickr from a seller in kaggadassapura to be delivered to my house in hsr. And i paid them the delivery charge last week itself. A schedule was fixed to pick up the product on friday morning, very obediently the quickr person went to the pick up address after packing the refrigerator they realised the product might not fit in their vehicle. After multiple follow-ups and 'n' number of calls, and pain of explaining the whole damn history to every single person you call quickr. There is no proper status update in their system, instead they ask us a question "why was it not picked"??? Why the hell we pay you money, the customer care person so irresponsible. They just have no clue what they are doing. To our good luck, they rescheduled and arranged for a pick up again. They are so intelligent that they sent a smaller vehicle again!!! Unbelievable! Do you even know what a customer care means???! The whole of today was wasted in talking to multiple customer care fools who dont understand anything. I have paid money for the refrigerator and the buyer is travelling out of station and my product, my money and the money i paid to quickr all are stuck in one place. At the end i dont even have the product! What a soooper service! I would definitely recommend all my friends, relatives, colleagues to trust only quickr. Coz they are very quick in annoying people. I wasted 5 days and my time and my money in just calling quickr, quickr quickr! I can attach my telephone history if needed, this is the pathetic service i have ever seen. Now the seller is angry that i have not picked up the product and they are travelling tomorrow. If this was the case i would have arranged for a pick, why do you have such service?
