[Resolved] Quikr — worst product | |||||
I ordered iphone 5 from quikr but the product come to me was not working so i call for replacement quickr took the phone from me and then i got a call that they didnot have replacement therefore they are returning my money. After 3 days i when i didnt get my money i called them again then they said to me it will be in your account with in 2 days. Then i ordered phone from another site and pay money online in between quikr also deliver phone at my office without any intimation and when i called them and asked them to take that phone back and refund money their executive ask me time to communicate with their senior executive and again and again they was saying to me that our senior department is working on your query its all about more then one week i opened the phone the phone is not working properly its battry drops 100% within half an hour heating too much and taking earth now their executive denied to refund and to replace.
