Quikr — Wrong commitment made by sales person (Sarita Dubey) while selling Quikr services product | |||
Dear team quikr I had business transaction with you in dec-19 and as per the commitment made to me by your sales person i did not get the services so from jan-20 i am making you follow up to provide me the committed services and i tried a lot to coordinate with you people but not one is supporting and its more than 6 months past but you people not reverting anything. On "consumer complaints" portal, first complaint i made on 27th may 2020 and i was not getting any revert on that so i revised the same compliant as a fresh complaint on 12th june 2020, so its more than 1 month i am making you follow up while using "consumer complaints" portal but you people are not reverting even after putting personal mails to you also. Now i am compelling to lodge a new complaint on “consumer complaints” portal so that i can create the grounds to go for civil court. I don't have any words to say about you people and organization but i suggest to people to not go with the services of quikr as they don't provide any support after selling their services.
