[Resolved] Quikr — Wrong information provided to make me sign up for premium ad | |||
It's been a month now wherein no action taken so far. Received a call from quikr agent immediately once I posted an add for sale to make me sign up for Quikr premium. He lied to me stating that the ad will remain active for 30 days and then the amount will be refunded after completion of 30 days in case the product is not sold. I verified thrice over the phone before signing up. Even the Quikr email complaint team did not follow up regarding this which is quite disappointing.
