Quikr order confirmation id[protected]; sub-order id 618849 There are some major problems found in the handset just after receiving; (As per on physical inspection) 1] as soon as the phone is on, it went on the factory reset mode. I. E. The 'factory reset' in the phone displays repeatedly on the pop-up screen. — motherboard issue 2] in addition, the "dirac control service has stopped" in the pop-up screen is consistently showing. — motherboard issue 3] there is another problem in the handset that the flash of the phone automatically turns on. — motherboard issue 4] imei numbers on the quikr invoice was different than the number on the back-side of the phone (Sticker). — motherboard issue 5] display of the phone is a duplicate (Copy) parts not original — and because of which not compatible with software/hardware. — duplicate (Copy) display-parts 6] they have cheated with each of the customers as per review on their websites. 7] they are not legally liable to business as a second hand product.
