Reply given by quikr for quikr certified laptop bought 2 days back which is faulty. (7 day replacement, 6 months warranty advertised by quikr for certified products

We understand your plight but we are sorry to inform you that, quikr is an intermediate for shipping the products from the seller's place to the buyer.

If any incomplete/non-functional/ unsatisfactory or damages are found in the product, the buyers are suggested to coordinate with the seller as the used product originally belonged to the seller.

To avoid similar inconvenience we suggest that you to validate the product condition using necessary means before making the payment.

We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to assist on the issue. Kindly coordinate with the seller and get this issue resolved.
