[Resolved] Quikr.com — Non receipt of order | |||||
My ad is is:[protected] I had ordered an ac on 25th of this month and made the payment online to quikr the same day. I have called the customer service a dozen times about non pick up and delivery of the product of which they have no knowledge of. On being asked about the complaint no. Their answer was that they do not have any complaint no. I later on as asked for the delivery guys no . I called around 10 times on that no. And the guy would just put the call on hold with music being played on the background. I later received an email id which is - [protected]@delivery.com which i guess is a fake id as the mails were getting bounced back. The seller will be leaving delhi on 30th and the product os yet to be delivered. The whole system is in a mess in which no one from quikr knows whats going on. They shouldn't take payments if they are not willing to fullfill their services. I have lost a lot of time on this and am tired with this now. Even the logistics company they deal with do not have a valid no. Was this information helpful? | |||||
